About Amy
Amy has been honing her skills and practice since 2015 with the completion of her 200 Hour Teacher Training going on to then finish her 500 hour Advanced Teacher Training in 2020. She has taught classes in Dublin, Vancouver, and Cork City. Amy now teaches in her hometown of Cobh. In all her classes, Amy strives to connect each student with their breath so they can strengthen and deepen their practice. Her classes are strong and smooth explorations of breath and movement guided with kindness and compassion.

You are invited to join Amy and Sophie for a one-hour slow-flow yoga class every Saturday morning over four weeks in the beautiful and historic SIRIUS Arts Centre, Cobh. All levels are welcome and modifications will be given throughout the class. Spaces are limited! Please note, we could be on the balcony, so bring layers!

Amy will guide us in a practice designed to let our bodies soften, unfurl, and open into the deeper dimensions of rest.
Mel will bring us on a thematic journey to unlock the potential of the season, release energetic blocks, and deepen into a sense of Suaimhneas.
