About Amy
Amy has been honing her skills and practice since 2015 with the completion of her 200 Hour Teacher Training going on to then finish her 500 hour Advanced Teacher Training in 2020. She has taught classes in Dublin, Vancouver, and Cork City. Amy now teaches in her hometown of Cobh. In all her classes, Amy strives to connect each student with their breath so they can strengthen and deepen their practice. Her classes are strong and smooth explorations of breath and movement guided with kindness and compassion.

THE CLASS
You are invited to join Amy for a one-hour slow-flow yoga class every Saturday morning over four weeks in the beautiful and historic SIRIUS Arts Centre, Cobh. All levels are welcome and modifications will be given throughout the class. We will be inside for the practice. Spaces are limited!
