Amy and Mel have teamed up to bring you an evening of nourishment, rest, and restoration in the beautiful venue that is the SIRIUS Arts Centre, Cobh.
Amy will guide us in a practice designed to let our bodies soften, unfurl, and open into the deeper dimensions of rest.
Mel will bring us on a thematic journey to unlock the potential of the season, release energetic blocks, and deepen into a sense of Suaimhneas.

Tea and treats will be provided.
