THE CLASS
You are invited to join Amy for a one-hour slow-flow yoga class every Saturday morning over four weeks in the beautiful and historic SIRIUS Arts Centre, Cobh. All levels are welcome and modifications will be given throughout the class. We will be inside for the practice. Spaces are limited!

Cancellation policy: 48 hour cancellation notice required for full refund. A no-show will not be refunded.
