THE CLASS
You are invited to join Amy and Sophie for a one-hour slow-flow yoga class every Saturday morning over four weeks in the beautiful and historic SIRIUS Arts Centre, Cobh. All levels are welcome and modifications will be given throughout the class. Spaces are limited! Please note, we could be on the balcony, so bring layers!

Cancellation policy: 48 hour cancellation notice required for full refund. A no-show will not be refunded.
